Mike began his career in product engineering at Motorola SPS, developing the industry’s first internal input and output matched high power RF transistors for cellular base stations.  He then evolved into various technical marketing and business roles, including a 5-year international assignment in Japan. He has a successful startup under his belt with Zyray Wireless, acquired by Broadcom in 2004. He then spent 10 years in Broadcom driving their mobile cellular chipset marketing and applications engineering teams, winning key customers like Samsung and Nokia, while developing the industry’s first integrated cellular baseband plus radio device. 

Douglas Smith

Doug has focused his career on optimizing advanced technologies for high volume ASIC applications. He has led elite design teams at Motorola SPS then Broadcom for over 25 years. With 200+ successful tape outs generating $10B+ in revenue. Doug left Broadcom to self-fund a startup focused on advanced memory technologies. He has assembled an elite design and business team to provide differentiated memory solutions to his customers.

Dana McCarty

Chief Operations Officer

Dana has focused his career building and leading strategic business teams focused on demand creation and revenue growth. He began his career in product engineering at AMD. He transitioned into sales then quickly became an executive, leading strategic sales teams at AMD, Agilent and Broadcom. Broadcom afforded him a 7-year international assignment running Pan Asia sales while living in Taiwan and Shanghai. He has held VP of sales roles at Teradyne, and ARM before transitioning to a GM role at Flexlogix, an AI startup company.
